MY APPROACH

Everyone has the power to enhance their decision-making and impact using behavioural science. I want to help you achieve that.

My goal is to drive impactful behavioural changes. I believe that when we apply theory and evidence in a systematic way, we can create sustainable solutions because when we transform guesswork into precision, we turn aspirations into achievements.

MY STORY

Hi, I'm Janina

I have long been curious about human behaviour.

Following my curiosity about behavioural economics at the time led me to the University of Nottingham for its fascinating research into the field. As the lead editor at the Green Economy Society's Sustainable Business Review, I started connecting dots between academia and practical applications. This led me to establish the UoN Behavioural Insights Society, — the University's first student-led initiative aimed at exploring behavioural science and its real-world impact. During a corporate placement, I had the opportunity to integrate behavioural science into digital programs and safety initiatives, engaging with behavioural scientists on initiatives.

Following my undergraduate degree, I pursued the MSc Behaviour Change at UCL. This program centred around the systematic application of behaviour change theories and methods to design, implement, and evaluate interventions. Here, I organised seminars through UCL's Behavioural Innovations Society, investigating the intersection of behavioural science with various fields, to foster sustainable change in the UCL community and beyond.

Now, as a freelance behavioural scientist, I’m engaged in projects that span multiple sectors. Projects range from simplifying processes and enhancing wellbeing initiatives at a FMCG to driving intellectual property registration with a government entity and boosting cybersecurity measures at a multinational corporation.

My goal?

To translate behavioural insights into effective, practical strategies that make a real difference.

Let's chat if you would like to explore this together.

I think it's important for you to know which principles guide my approach, so here's a brief summary:

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Utilising structured and methodical tactics, ensuring interventions are comprehensive, context-aware, and executed with precision

Continuously refining and adapting to ensure we meet evolving needs

Understanding and integrating behaviours into the broader context, recognising the interconnectedness of behaviours within larger systems

Starting with one or two behaviours and building on successes to create lasting change

Systems Thinking
Systematic Approach
Less is More
Behaviour Change is Iterative

These are underpinned by personal values of integrity, curiosity, compassion and transparency
