Building capability through behavioural science training
Challenge
An organisation required a comprehensive 12-week training programme to upskill its team in applying behavioural science to their projects. The goal was to create a robust curriculum that could be easily followed, while also delivering engaging and impactful lessons.
Project
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, supporting:
Curriculum development: Designing learning objectives, curriculum, and session content.
Instructional design: Creating lesson content and supplementary materials.
Facilitation and teaching: Delivering recorded lessons and coaching workshops.
