Challenge

An organisation required a comprehensive 12-week training programme to upskill its team in applying behavioural science to their projects. The goal was to create a robust curriculum that could be easily followed, while also delivering engaging and impactful lessons.

Project

  • Curriculum development: Designing learning objectives, curriculum, and session content.

  • Instructional design: Creating lesson content and supplementary materials.
